Life can feel overwhelming at times. Many people move through periods of anxiety, sadness, uncertainty, or deep stress, all while trying to keep up with the demands of their day-to-day. We may find ourselves feeling stuck in patterns that don’t fully make sense, or carrying past experiences that continue to shape how we see ourselves and our relationships.
I am a Registered Social Worker, offering virtual psychotherapy for adults (18+) across Ontario. I provide a calm and supportive space where you can explore your experiences, make sense of what you’re going through, and begin to move toward meaningful change.
My therapeutic approach integrates EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) with talk therapy approaches to support you in processing difficult or unresolved experiences. This can include gently exploring the impact of past experiences, reconnecting with parts of yourself that may feel distant or difficult to access, and bringing awareness to beliefs or patterns that may no longer be serving you.
My work is grounded in care, compassion, curiosity, and deep respect for each person’s unique story. Together, we can slow down and look carefully at the patterns, emotions, and experiences that shape your life, so that you can live with greater clarity, compassion, and confidence.
I’m so glad you’re here.
About Me
My path into social work and psychotherapy has been shaped by a longstanding interest in understanding how people make sense of themselves, their relationships, and the worlds they move through. I know how heavy it can feel to move through challenges that are not always visible to or understood by others, and how impactful it is to be met with thoughtful, compassionate care that is attuned to your specific experiences.
I have worked in the areas of mental health and community development since 2014. I completed my Master of Social Work at the Factor-Inwentash Faculty of Social Work at the University of Toronto and became a Registered Social Worker in 2023. Since then, my work has spanned across hospital and community-based settings, where I have supported individuals and families navigating a wide range of emotional and relational challenges.
My approach to therapy is client-centred, strengths-based, and trauma-informed, rooted in anti-oppression and anti-racism. I use an integrative approach and draw on training in various therapeutic approaches to support you in your healing.

You feel deeply, and don’t always know what to do with those feelings
