Therapy is collaborative.

In our work together, we may:

  • build tools for managing anxiety and emotions in a healthy way

  • explore patterns that feel difficult to shift

  • process past experiences at a pace that feels right for you

  • make sense of what you are feeling in the present

Fees & Format

  • Virtual therapy across Ontario (Toronto-based)

  • $180 per 50-minute session. $320 per 90-minute session available upon request. Payment accepted via e-transfer. Receipts provided following each session.

  • 24-hour cancellation policy in effect. Missed sessions or late cancellations will be charged the full amount to compensate for lost time.
